BrightRoot Studio

The problem

The calendar moves faster than the photoshoot.

Every season, launch and cultural moment needs fresh imagery, and a shoot takes weeks. Generic AI image tools get the product wrong and ignore the brand. Studio works from photographs of your actual products and from your own brand book, so what comes out looks like you, and nothing goes out until someone on your team signs it off.

Your real products

Studio works from reference photographs of each of your products, so the pack in every picture is yours, not an invented look-alike.

Your brand, built in

Your brand book, voice, colours and preferred looks shape every frame and every caption, so the work reads as yours from the first draft.

Nothing goes out unreviewed

Editors make the work and reviewers approve it. Only approved work is scheduled, so every post has had a second pair of eyes.

How it works

From brief to scheduled post in three steps.

1

Set up your brand

Add photographs of your products, your brand book and your voice. Studio sets up your looks and starting ideas from them.

2

Create from a brief

Choose a still, a film, a post or an ad, write a short brief and pick a look. You confirm the plan before anything is made.

3

Review and schedule

Approve what is ready and schedule it for the moment it belongs to, alongside the rest of your calendar.

Inside Studio

Everything the brand team asks for.

Create

One direction, a whole campaign.

A four-step brief takes you from the format you need to finished work: format, brief, art direction, then a review before anything is generated.

  • Stills, short films, social posts and ads
  • Every frame made from your own product references
  • Frame sizes for each channel, from portrait to wide

Plan

Plan what deserves attention.

Studio watches the calendar and the culture, reads each moment against your brand, and suggests what to say, so you are ready before the day arrives.

  • Moments scored against your brand book
  • A suggested angle for each one, using your own products
  • Turn down what does not fit with “Not for us”

Library

A living picture desk.

Everything you make or upload lives in one visual library. Open any frame to retouch it, animate it or write a post around it.

  • Filter by stills, films, kept work or product
  • Upload your own photography alongside
  • Edit, animate or post from any frame

Review and schedule

Nothing leaves without a second pair of eyes.

Approved work waits in one calm queue, with its caption and time. Reschedule or pull a post back in a click.

  • A reviewer step you can make required
  • Captions and hashtags written for each channel
  • Scheduled posts in one place, easy to move

Your brand

Your name, your colours, your address.

Each brand gets its own space at its own address, with its name, colours and sign-in page. Products, voice and team live in the same settings.

  • Your own branded address and sign-in page
  • Products, voice and brand knowledge in one place
  • Team roles for owners, editors and reviewers

Questions

Before you ask.

Will the products look like ours?

Yes. Studio works from reference photographs of each of your products. We ask for several per product, because the more angles it sees, the more faithful every picture is.

What can it make?

Still photographs, short films, social posts with captions and hashtags, and ads with a headline and a clear call to action.

Who approves the work?

You decide. Editors make the work and reviewers approve it. If you have no reviewer set, an owner can approve in one click.

Does it stay on brand?

Your brand book, voice, colours and preferred looks are set once and used for every brief, so every frame and caption starts from your brand.

Can we use our own AI accounts?

Yes. Use ours, or connect your own provider keys. They are stored encrypted and never shown again.

Is it our own space?

Yes. Each brand gets its own address and sign-in page with its name and colours, and only the team members you invite can get in.
